Individual Analysis

Format

Jungian Analysis is a form of psychotherapy designed to more consciously integrate the conscious and unconscious aspects of personal experience. Through the analytic process, one often feels more authentic and deeply connected to oneself and others. Relationship struggles—as well as feelings of anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, nightmares, feelings of inferiority—all may be considered in Jungian analysis and are addressed thoughtfully and effectively. Deepened self-understanding requires steady commitment and work on oneself.

You may be encouraged to keep a journal in which to record your reflections and to write down your dreams. In session we may work on your dream(s), exploring the images and symbols to better understand what the unconscious is communicating to us. Additionally, I may use a word association test, typological test, active imagination, or sandplay to support you and your self-exploration.

Sessions are generally 50-minutes weekly or, when desired or necessary, twice weekly.
